Landlords need to up their game

A new survey from flatshare & spare room that has just been published indicates tenants are looking to move from the capital and major cities. From those surveyed 49% would quit the capital if they were able to keep their position. Surprisingly or perhaps unsurprisingly as the winter nights draw in 38% would leave the county all together if allowed by their employer. Landlords need to take note, they and we as agents can no longer opt for the status-quo. Tenants will need to be enticed. The property must be of a good standard and the pricing attractive to maintain low voids and high yields.
